Ht. 5'4", Wt. 154 - Ok, how about this goal. I am 154 pounds as you can see. I want to be 140 pounds by the beginning of June this year. I would have to lose 1.875 pounds per week to lose these stubborn 15 pounds. Sound good? Oh, or I'd wanna have lost at least 10 pounds which would be 1.25 pounds per week, much more doable. Being a size 7 or 9 juniors is good too. Ok sorry I just kept going on. So, how's this? I'd really like to look good in a bikini! Thanks for your opinions!
