Hi guys I am 4ft 8 and I weigh 125 pounds I am really active and I am still fat!!!!!! need to lose weight Bafore march11th because I go to chicago and I might swim. And belive me I look like cow in a bathing suit! :( plesse help!!!!!!!!

If you are eating too much, and not eating healthy, being active will not help you lose weight. You have to do BOTH--exercise AND eating healthy. It won't work with just one. That could be your problem, maybe??

they have beaches at chicago? well i look like a cow too in a bathin suit but just eat right excercise and drink lots of water go to toneteen.com for help

hey i feel ur pain i have love handles n i CAN NOT get rid of um but n e way work out, sit-ups, push ups, down and ups, every day for about 30 min and try to eat smaller meals do about 50-100 sit ups a night and 25 up downs on each leg every night the sit ups im talkin about really work lay on ur back with ur knees up and your hands cuped under ur head then bring ur left elbow to your right knee and then swich to the right arm left knee youll feel the burn but thats a good sighn well good luck n have fun lol jk
