Ht. 5'4, Wt. 185 - Lindsey it is soooooo AWESOME!!!!!!!!! and you lose a ,ot of weight with it! I mean i am goignt o go anfd do it right now! oh and you have to drink like water instead of anythning else! I use those those one to go things that you put in your water that is on those commercials! They don't put any weight on you oh and then i got and ride my scooter or run a block!
