Ht. 5'7, Wt. 250 - ok hey listen to my rewards and tell me what you think when i loose 50 lbs i get 2 cds i already beet that when i lose 75 lbs i get a cell phone of my choice and when i loost 100 lbs i get to go any where on a vacation that i would like and thats so far we havent made other rewards
