Ht. 5"3, Wt. 150 - hey veryone today me and my mom went ot the track and walked 3 and 1/2 mile then we came home and did 20 minutes of cruntches and push-ups......ive been doing thiss process for 2 weeks now but nothings happening ive even cut back on foods and stared eating more fruits and veggies what else could i possibly do?.?.?

u may not be eating right! u have to eat and excercise right! just watch what u eat!

You can eat a reasonable amount of food...but if you are still hungry you just drink water untill you are full. The trick is you wont gain more weight.
