Ht. 5'7, Wt. 250 - ok this is my day so far how did i do breaky a bowl of cinnamon fudge swirl thingys i know bad but wit fat free milk lunch pasta apple and a small peice of bread and snack another apple and a small serving of baked lays cheddar and sour cream chips not that bad and i played softball for 90 minutes i dont know about supper and i will do at least 60 minutes of cardio so how do you think i did

hey losing weight takes time keep doing what u r doing and everthing will be fine and u have 2 go in a diet but other than that u r doing great keep up the good work
