Ht. 5, Wt. 130 - oh my..i did so bad today..:( im realyy depressed. And believe me the fats-a** and hippo names arent gointg away. And when im depressed, i eat! it was sooooo BAD!today i had corn bran with soy milk and strawberries, for lunch i had gnocci,but i had three chocolate truffles from laura secord!i came home and had 4 chocolates and a piece of turkish delight!then i had gnocci for supper..ive done noooooo excersice so far..and my weight is rounding up not down.. i seriously need as much encouragement, inspiration, tips, and weight-loss buddies as i can!pleez leave comments, sites, book or programs that can help me!if u want to be my weight loss-buddy e-mail me and we cqan lose weight together! im so fed up with being a tubster..plus my bf whom i thought really loved me dumped me..and i dont know if its becuase ive gotten larger..cuz we were great on emotional terms..SOS!

well your periods not that long..so itss ok to take a break...but thanks i will really try that! oyy yeah..did u cut back on your diet or anything..and how long did that take?

hi dont be upset that you have gaind weight it is ok.every one needs to eat.i was 115 i was so upset because i saw other girls at my school and they were all skinny.i was so deppresed.but there is a way can get rid of all that fat.do what i did. i ran around the block 2 a day.i just kept on running and walking and before i new it i was 102 pounds. But you dont have the same thing i do i just got my peirod today.if you Know what to do please type to me
