Eat fruit for 2 days. i did it and lost five pounds. of course i dont get hungry very often (im more of an emotional eater). Also make sure you do at least 4o mins. of excersise a day. believe me, you can lose 6 pounds a week if u try hard!GOOD LUCK!

It is hard, just try and workout as often as you can, like jumping rope, riding your bike or just plain walking for at least 30 minutes. Also cut out the soda and limit the amount of carbs, like bread, cookies, chips. Really focus on portion size, and drink lots of water. Good luck I am doing the same thing with my mom.
