Ht. 4,11", Wt. 145 - I really want to lose some weight... just for health reasons. the only problems are I can never seem to stick to eating healthy, and I can't exercize (run, walk, etc) because i don't want people to see me! maybe I should exercize out in the morning so I don't have to meet up with people? sorry my age keeps changing but I want to post on the pre teen board

every morning do 50 crunches 50 jumping jacks 10 push ups 15 sit ups then go for a 20 minet walk / jog
if you see anyone just keep walking if any thing they will respect that ypur trying to lose weight
