Ht. 5'7, Wt. 244 - hey todays exersise 60 minutes on the cybek arc trainer burned 1370 cals i know its alot but i worked my but off then anophter 40 minutes on the cybek arc trainer burning 830 cals how did i do on my exerise please respond

well if depends on how many cals u ate but other than that u did good because some people r 2 lazy to even get up i know because iam like that some times lol bye and keep up the good work
