Ht. 5'2, Wt. 130 ishh - can someone who has arleady lost weight give me their exercise plan? i dont mind working hard... thanks

I am down almost 20 pounds. I do a 1.5 mile walk around my hilly neighbor hood. Then I do 30 minutes of either taiboe or a heavily inclined treadmill at 3.4 mph. Then I do 100-200 bicep curls with 20 lbs, 100-200 crunches, 100 squats, and some kicking excersizes. I also make sure to run for at least 1/4 a mile on the treadmill.
