Ht. 5'2, Wt. 130 ishh - heyy guys sorry for posting again but i think i am going to go on South Beach. It says its docter recommended and safe. I know the firsy two weeks are hard but im really going to try. I am starting today so on June 4th I will stop the first two weeks. My school bazar/carnival is starting this Wednesday so I am nervous about all the sugary snacks so if anyone wants to be like internet buddies and we can keep each other confident we can do this then my screen name is Overmyhead3994. I'd especially like an internet buddy who is doing or has done South Beach.

If your doctor reccomends it than it will probably be fine, but alot of packages and brochures will say it is doctor reccomended but may not be. My aunt is on that diet and says that it cuts cards our of your diet completely. That IS NOT healthy. I suggestutting portions in half and doing exercise. Get a pedometer and count your steps. You should be walking about 10000 steps per day. Start walking or riding your bike to school and instead of playing computer games, go outside and play with your friends. well i srry i am not on sout beach but i f they have snacks there bring your own like baked chips 100 pack i have it has oreos and stuff like that for 100 caloirs water or flav.water fruit hmmmmmmmm lets see or have a big breakfast or lunch but health and u wont be as hungry and u can take a liile snack where ever u go
