Ht. 5'8, Wt. 277 - wrong weight last post
oki dont know why i keep gaininng weiht i mean
breakfast a egg macmuffin and a hash brown and a large diet coke lunch school pizza and milk snak twinke and potato chips dinner was a grilled cheese sand wich french fries and diet sprite

To lose weight you have to watch what you eat and exercise. Count the calories and fat in the food. Eat more natural foods and not junk food. For exercise, do something you enjoy like dancing (even if its just in your room) or any sport or try getting an exercise video like Yogabooty. Also, Weight Watchers is awesome to help you learn how to eat correctly. Good luck!!!!!

Here are some meal ideas:
BREAKFAST
1/2 grapefruit, 250mL milk (one glass), bowl of cereal (honey nut cheerios, regular cheerios, shreddies)
Try any leftovers. It's good. Trust me :)
LUNCH
Sushi. Try california rolls. There are so many recipes online.
Wraps. Take a plain tortilla and put two slices of chicken and then two peices of lettuce (you can put more lettuce!) Put only a small bit of mayonaise and then wrap it up. Fold over the ends. I don't usualy like American food but the wraps are good!
DINNER
BE CREATIVE! Include somethng from all four food groups. You will be surprised what you can make!
