Ht. 5'7, Wt. 240 - yep so now me and my boyfriend as of thursday are a weight lose couple lol i love how that sounds so i need tips for him cause he is onnly about 180 and wants to lose alot of weight so tips plz

I would never do that if I had a boy freind
