Ht. 5'4, Wt. 185 - Hey, Do you guys think it would work to just eat like a sandwich and like an apple everyday, and that's it. And exercise a lot. Or would that be really bad?? I just want a diet plan that's gonna' work!!! Tell me what y'all think!!!!!!!!!!

Here is a sample routine for a day you have nothing to do... 9:00 Wake up. 9:30 Eat a small bowl of plain oatmeal with 5 strawberries. 10:00 Wake your body with a stretch. 10:05- 12:30 Anything besides snacking. And you dont lose fat, you lose muscle. Just eat balanced meals and the weight will come off. Trust me I went from 205 to 182 in less than 2 months.
