Ht. ..., Wt. .... - hey everyone =]
how are you all doing? i have lost five pounds so far. summer starts soon so i will lose alot more because i will be playing sports and swimming alot.
if anyone knows any good exercises for stomache and thighs please comment .

i lost it by eating like this:
breakfast: speacial k cereal- read box for serving
lunch: wrap with turkey and tomatoe or half a sandwich on whole wheat(try not to use cheese and salami)
dinner: whatever my parents make i chose the healthiest things out of it and ate only a little bit of everything
i exercised and ran alot. i remembered cravings for food only last 8-15 minutes so do something to occupy yourself and stay away from the kitchen. try signing up for arobics or doing jump ropes
