Ht. 5'4, Wt. 181 - Hey, I think that if I eat really healthy foods and exercise 2 hours a day on a stair-stepper, that would work. Not 2 hours all in 1 time... spread it out through the day 30 min. at a time. Do y'all think this is a better idea??

yea i really thnk that is a good idea but watch out stair steppers are bad on ur knees but yea tell me how that goes by emailing me at sportykrista189@aol.com
