Ht. 4'11'', Wt. 138 - i NEED to lose atleast a little fat off my legs by friday i know thats really close but im going to a lake with some of my friends my thighs arent that huge but does anyone know excercizes that would work fast!! PLEASE HELP thanks

if ou do 20 jumping squats befor you go it will tighten up your thighs for the time it's a quick fix but for real results you have to do squats and lunges and cardio lots and lots of cardio and it will take time.
