Ht. ..., Wt. .... - hey everyone. i have not been on in a while. i dont think i lost any weight but i didnt gain either. summer starts in 3 days so thats when im officially starting my diet. until then im exercising but not to much and eating healthy, but not getting upset if i eat something bad. what are some good exercises for thighs and stomache. by september 5th i want to lose 20 pounds.

Pick up the latest issue of Girl's Life magazine because they have an article on getting a great belly! I've tried it. Trust me, it really works! Cardio, like walking, is great for the legs. It suggests everything you need to do to keep a fab figure so good luck!
