I did 60 4-second crunches, stretched legs for 1 minute, tip-toe lifts for 1 minute, went up and down step for 2 minutes, tennis (singles) for 120-135 minutes, 20 4-second crunches, ran in place for 7 minutes, 40 4-second crunches, 12 minutes on the crossramp, 5 minutes on the LifeFitness bike on "fatburn", Leg Extension 30 pounds 30 times, Peck Dec 10 pounds 10 times, Treamil "weightloss" for 11 minutes, Treadmil "Cardio" for 10 minutes, LifeFitness crosstrainer "fatburn" for 10 minutes, walked outside for 22 minutes, ran in place for 3 minutes, and did 20 more of those 4-second crunches. I didn't work out all at one time of the day so I wasn't tired at all. Good luck with whatever your fitness plans are!
