Ht. 5'7, Wt. 174 - How much do u think i can loose if i eat healtheier(im gunna try the special k challenge) and exercise at like 10:30, i do 20 minutes on each bike and treadmill and i do workouts like pilates and ones from seventteen magazine, then im gunna try to eat healthy snacks like rice cakes and granola and fruit, maybe some veggies with FAT FREE dip or dressing. then ill try to cut back on my dinners, i tend to eat fast and way too much, and then maybe like once a week a fat free fudgesicle(its like half size than all the other ones) and drink more water throught the dayso i dont get as hungry. do u think i can loose weight by following this? plz reply! <3madison

Reply from Shannon, Age 12 - 06/21/06 - IP#: 71.114.7.xxx It sounds like a good plan, but don't overwork yourself. You said you would drink water, but make sure you drink EXTRA water doing workouts. Also, I'm going through the same thing as you. You don't have to ban yourself from eating foods. Just eat slower, and get food that has less calories and fat. For example, if your fave chips were salt and vinegar, just buy some that has loss fat in them. Also, space out your eating. You should have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a snack betweem lunch and dinner. This snack should contain fruits, yogurt, or once or twice a week some low/none fat crackers or chips. Reply from shannon, Age 12 - 06/20/06 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx sounds like it will work. try to do alot of exercise though to tone muscles and burn calories. also if you are craving a fudge ice pop trying sucking on ice. it gives you the same feeling and makes ur mouth numb so you feel like you ate an ice pop =]
