Ht. 5'0, Wt. 133 - When I started trying to lose weight a few months ago, I weighed 141 lbs. As you see I've lost a lot so far. I want my weight to be 129. I've tried everything. I go to the gym, I eat healthy food, I exercise at home. Is there anything I'm not doing? I just want to be able to go into 7th grade in the fall, and not have people talking behind my back about my weight. I just want to have a good looking body! I NEED HELP!!!

you really don't need to worry. ther's this diet called the Diet or Teenagers ONLY. It helps guide you to being the weight that's right for you. This diet will be a life saver. It teaches you about calories, vitamins and other nutrients needed to keep your body going. This book can be found at Barnes and NOble bookstore or also on the internet.....good luck.
one more thing... when i first started this diet, i was 134 pounds and only 12 years old...like yourself...after a few months, i weighed 117...my dream weight. now i'm 14 and still i maintain the amazing weight of 117 and i couldn't be happier.
this diet is amazing. it even lets you eat what you want. All it does is give you a meal plan: snacks and delicious meals that will fill you up so that you don't have to eat in between them. this diet worked for me...now let it work for you
