Ht. 5'7, Wt. 174 - OK, so how am i doing so far?
BREAKFAST::half of a bagel
SNACK: 2 rice cakes
LUNCH::(late, had it at like 2:30) one medium sized chicken cut up and made into chicken salad with one tbsp. of light mayo and about 10 ruffle chips.
EXCERSIE:: i was gunna go to the gym, but i scraped the top of my toe yesterday(and when i say this, i mean like really bad) so i couldnt put my foot into my shoe, so during watching tv, i did 2 sets of 25 crunches and im gunna take my dog out walking at like 3:45ish.
i hope im doing ok, please post your opinions on what i could do better!
