Ht. 5'5, Wt. :( - hey im new! i am really excited to get started so...firstly, does this sound like a good diet- breakfast- nothing, lunch- 1/2 a portion spaghetti, 1 tbsp parmasagn cheese, 1/4 cup of sauce, Dinner- 2 mini baked potatoe's with garlic, and 1/2 a hamburger, Dessert- grapes. As for excersize, does three hours of tennis sound like enough to make me lose alot of weight?
