Reply from shannon, Age 12 - 06/28/06 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx hey dearies ♥ yes i have heard ddr does wonders for you. but i never did it. i lost the weight by simply doing this. breakfast: i dont eat breakfast (blah blah i noe breakfast is good for you) lunch: cantelope, watermelon, berries and salad (it really does fill you up quiete nicely =]) dinner: whatever my family is having i ate small portions of. i did alot of walking. i did about 100 crunches, high knees, tone your legs by stretching, swimming. i did something very odd that did help me tone my stomache, which i am still working on.. i did this (lie on a bed or mat next to a wall try to balance your legs and waist straight against the wall, then put your hands on the bed. its like doing a handstand. i did this for as long as possible. you must really focuse on these questions before you eat- Am I very hungry? Do i need a meal or snack or just some water to drink(it fills you, drink 2 glasses before each meal and you eat less) then while you are eating think- How much more do i need to fill me? Am i full? I didnt do very small or little portions, i just ate what i felt i needed. when i was in a good mood i danced around and acted insaine =] do try and dance it helps your body, gives you a rush of excitement, burns calories and makes you feel happy. i suggest dancing to a song that pumps you. i danced to: promiscuis girl, pump it, everytime we touch, boyfriend, hips dont lie. another tip: HAVE CONFIDENCE!!!! if you feel beautiful others respect that. it doesnt mean you get flashy. also do you ever wonder why one girl seems to get all the boys even though you dont think she is gorgeous. she feels confident and like the prettiest girl in the room. an attitude like this naturally draws boys attention. REMEBER: eat healthy, feel healthy, be happy, have fun, focus, feel amazing, dont listen to others (they are just jealous that you have the strength to change and they dont, be you hope it helps ♥ shannon
