hey here's a cool one. If your bored and want to eat, chew some gum! I promise it will make the hunger go away! it works for me all the time.

For an exercise tip, when you head to the gym, go straight for the CrossTrainer. It burns a bazillion calories (Okay, not really, but you can burn over 100 calories in 10 minutes!)
