Ht. 5'5, Wt. :( - what are some ways to tone my inner thighs and stomach? PLEASE HELP ME TO NOT BE THE ONLY ONE AT THE POOL IN A 1 PIECE!!!:(

Listen, being the only one in a 1 piece isn't so bad! You could always get one of those 2 pieces that don't show your stomach.

Cardio... thats a biggie. Cardio could be from dacing to walking to the CrossTrainer at the gym. Crunches will tone up your belly (but you still need cardio to burn the fat). You can jog to tone the thighs or do leg lifts. March in place. Good luck and, remember, once you do wear that bikini, feeling fabulous and confident will make your body look all the more prettier!
