I feel that this type of doctor can help you by telling you what, when & how to eat. Drink lots of water, NO SODA!!! Stay active, play outside, help with chores, dancing is fun and healthy for you. Perhaps, invite a friend over and dance in your room. Or even exercise with a friend. REmember when you talk to you parents, tell them how important this means to you...I am sure they will help!!
