I am 7 years old and 4'5 and I weigh 128 pounds i would like to lose 30 pounds so that i don't get teased in the second grade,does anyone have any advise? I don't like veggies or fruits and I like fast food alot but I need some encouragment or help to know that i'm not alone. Thanks Trey

You have to "give and take" sometimes. I personally think fruits are delicious! Are you telling me you don't like strawberries!!! Or even nice big juicy apples. Try it again..their YUMMY for the TUMMY!!!! Also try those little tiny baby carrots and dip them in fat free dip!!! YYUUUUMMY!!! Try it. Tell MOM or DAD to help you! Tell them how important your weight situation is to you and maybe consider seeing a doctor to help with loosing weight. Their is a doctor called a Nutritionist that helps people of all ages to loose weight. Ask them about it, and see what they say. Just go out and play with your friends, run around outside, or play sport that you like, or even take up a new sport you haven't tried before. You can still have fast food, just don't have it as often, halve the amount you have it, and replace it with healthier meals(it doesn't have to be veg and fruit) but please don't worry about strict dieting, you are only 7 and have so much growing to do still.
