Ht. -, Wt. --- - Ok, I am 17, so obviously, i use the teen bored. But, occasionlly I come here just to see how you guys are doing. It seems like a lot of you are kinda down, and getting frustrated, and not seeing the results you were hoping for. Over on the teen bored, we just started a weekly challenge to keep us on the right track. I was wondering if you guys would be interested in doing one? Each week there would be a goal, like exercisng, something to promote healthy eating. It shouldn't be anything to do with losing pounds, for example, lose 2 pounds this week. Instead, it should be something like: drink 64 oz of water each day this week. Then, everyone would share their success with that goal the following week. Would you be interested in starting that here? Also, if you are interested, would you like me to run it, or would one of you like to? I want to help you guys, but I am aware this is your area, and I would understand if you didn't want me invading your space. so...what are your opinions?

I think it is a good Idea So E-mail the challenge at johnsonslap@aol.com cause could relly use the challenged. And my friends need to lose weight to. And by the way good Idea!!!!!
