Keep a pencil and piece of paper around. If you have a craving write down what it is and go in a different room. Write down why you crave it and then write however many times down on a piece of paper "I can loose the weight".

Candise all you need to do is play outside a lout and run around! You should eat sweet stuff in the moring so you can lose all the calirois when your running outside! don't worry i'm 9 and i weigh 91 pounds and all my friends tease me but i'm big but not fat thats what you are wicth is not bad at all some girls are really skinny but it looks bad beacase girls need meat on their skin the how they are popleyer if you do all the stuff i told you to do every day you will lose 1 pound or 2 pounds a day wicht means if you do it for two month's you will lose 40 pounds! good luck! bye
