Ht. 5"5, Wt. bla - ok ive tried to go on many diets but they dont seem to work. Every time i try a diet it seems that i want to eat more . I have been drinking water for alomost one year without any soda and it really does not wanna work.i try eating healthy but my family also likes eating so we usally run out really quickly !!I was looseing weight for some reason i didnt no ... then i gained it all back.i have a twin and she never gives me support !! and she ways at the normal weight!! Does anyone have any good help for me ???? like also any good meal plans ?

you dont have to diet. eat what you enjoy just dont stuff yourself and remeber that the simpleist things such as dancing,swimming,and walking can make a huge diiference as long as you keep it up and have fun with it. you should even sets goals for yourself like for example how many laps in swimming can you do in a minute. as for the water thing well yah drink plenty of water but try crystal light or lemonaide.their both really good and good for you. just avoid soda.
