Ht. 5'8, Wt. 174 - Ok, so i went to Field hockey camp be4(if u read my post ull see it) and when i got home, the scale said i weighed 161 pounds. Then, i went to bed and woke up the next morning. It said i weighed the same again! 174! i dont know what happened! or maybe i read the scale wrong? well my familys on vacation this week so itll be hard .. ill try to eat healthy....

why do you weigh yourself everyday in the first place? your weight can shift. weight 1 every week, or once every 2 weeks.
