Hey Hannah
If i were you i think i would go walking if it waz a nice day you know like maybe invite some of your friends over and don't tell them anything but then after awhile ask them to go walking with you just to look at senery around your neighborhood. That way you can get your exsercise,talk with you friends,and not haveing to tell them that you are on a diet.

you don't have to say how much you want to lose, you just need to do cardio 4-5 times a week. Cardio includes, running, walking, swimming, biking, hiking, rowing, sports like tennis, soccer, basketball etc. etc. try toning with weights, and do crunches every night. it gives you good ab muscles. drink lots of water too.
