Ht. 5'0, Wt. 137 - Ok so today I had cereal for breakfast around 8am. Then around noon I went for a jog for 15 minutes. And at 4pm I did some Taebo for about 20 minutes. Tomorrow I plan on waking up at 9am to go for another 15 minute jog then after dinner I plan on going to the gym for a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Is this good? What kind of food should I have along with my exercises/workouts?

hey try a fruit salad for lunces a fat free smoothie for breack fast 2 slices of meat rolled up for a snack and a green salad for dinner green salad for dinner!

well, that is good, but you need to eat only small porportions but eat every 3-4 hours
