exersie is very inportant in a diet find a sport you loveand play it every day for 60 min love annie

i would probably say just eat more fruits and veggies and cut down the candy and junk food it mite b hard at first but if u really want to lose weight u will get through it 3 sara p.s. thats a heart

Bananas are good, Lena!!!! They do have a few calories (about 105 for a medium sized banana) but they have lots of healthy nutrients and stuff. One a day is fine!!!

You can eat fruits and vegies but no banannas.You can also do push ups.

you should always drink water and have an apple when your done
