Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - so i found out im actually 5'4 and 150 pounds today. so i started my diet today i had 2 eggs..scrambled..with 2 slices of cheese melted with them...two glasses of milk...a stella dora cookie....a tuna sandwich...a dunkin donuts coolate and a weight watchers little cakey thing. in total i had like 1,300 calories today...was today okay for a start? any changes? except for the cookie and the coolate which were a treat since it was 105 degrees!

yeahh i usually walk around town every day. so thats like my excercise or i walk to my friends house.

I think you are doing good.But my dad says you just need nutishos meals.But you could lose 300 calories more a day but you might get a unhealthy brain

Hi. I think that was a great start, but what excersize have you been doing with it? Try excersizes like walking/running. Ride your bike at a park. Swimming (you said it was hot!). Sometimes I play tennis with friends. Just remember: Every little bit helps!
