Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - so far this morning i had 3 glasses of water, one glass of milk, and scrambled eggs again with 2 slices of cheese in them. am i good so far today? and then for lunch i am planning on having tuna...if i can find any...and for dinner everythings fine since my whole family is dieting so they do healthy cooking =] and for a snack im planning on having yogurt today. and im trying to have 10 cups of water each day. if i do this everyday for like 2 weeks or 3 weeks...how much do you think i would lose? and is this a good diet?

I think that is a very good diet. And you would probably lose about 2 or 3 pounds a week. As long as you exercise!!!

Your body can only retain so much water. cut it down to 8 cups. That's how much your supposed to have a day anyways.
