Reply from mady, Age 12 - 08/08/06 - IP#: 216.77.227.xxx sara, my doctor told me that to stay healthy to eat healthy. duhhhh! kk anyway... my doctor wrote out this plan for me that is working great! i eat 1 bowl of cheerios for breakfast with skim or 1% milk, for a snack i eat 12 almonds or half an apple, for lunch i have a turkey sandwich with 5 carrots or a small salad, for the 2nd snack i have a cup of fat free yogurt, and for dinner i have what my mom cooks or if what she cooks is unheathly i grill 1 chicken breast, 8 asparagus or 3 spoon fulls of corn and a ice cold glass of water or juice. in the moring i have sugar free juice and for lunch i have sweet tea. oh, and if you do take my advice... stay away from the sweets, softdrinks, greecy foods, sugar loaded foods! goodluck!
