Eat healthy and eat enough to fill you up because if you dont then you will only crave the foods that are bad for you. 3. Walk around your area for 45 minutes everyday. 4. Dont eat to much and if you get hungry in between meal times dont eat a full meal. Have a peice of cheese or a big glass of water. 5. Drink a lot of water it keeps you healthy and helps you drain out your system. ( which helps you lose weight) Tell me if these help. Love, Emilee
