Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - okay..so i went down the shore a few days...i blew it. BUT now i know im comitted. im eating 2 eggs with 1 slice of cheese for breakfast. tuna sandwich for lunch and something healthy for dinner...idk what bcuz it changes everyday. then i will do 100 crunches or more and ride on my bike for more than 20 minutes. is this good?

that is very good. Especially bike riding 'cause I read this thing where it said doing cardio exercise for at least 20 or 30 minutes at least 3 times a week has the healthy effects still going after you finish and even the day after.
