Ht. 5'3, Wt. 180 - hey everybody well yeah i have gained so much weight over the break its kind of sad and the funny thing is that i wanted to lose weight during the summer i have gained like 14 pounds in like 6mounths i really need to go to school so yeah i need some edvice so hope to here from you guys sone mucho love amy :)

try brushing ur teth whenever u have a craving. go for a walk about 30 mintues try 2 5 minutes each day for more exercising.
