Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - so ive been walking every day for about 20 minutes or more...and for breakfast ive been having eggs....for lunch tuna sandwich and yah know a healthy dinner something like chicken or london broil but lately ive been also having so many fruits and veggies!! all this is good right? plus i usually ride my bike lately jsut not in the past 2 days...

that's great ! the only thing(s) i can suggest to you is watch your butter intake. i reccommend becel's (or another good brand) olive oil margarine - which is alot healthier than normal butter or margarine , and also to make sure you don't give up on the exercise !
