Someone please help me I am 158 when I should be 94 to 133 pounds. People are really mean and I need to lose about 25 pounds and I would really like it please help me someone anyone.

*sings* Im with you! *talks now* ok we both have the exact same problem instead of sugary things for breakfast have fruit,yogurt,milk anything with not that much fat. And instead of Chips eat celery or sumthing and instead of soda have milk or water hope it helps let me know what happens!
