Hi I'm Jasmine I weigh 232 pounds. I am in the 8th grade I have to lose weight before highschool. Can someone give me a eating plan and a fun activity to do? Thanks 232!
Reply from courtney, Age 14 - 12/19/04 - IP#: 63.105.65.xxx hi, i am a overweight teen. some advise would be try to get out and run for 5-10 mins a day if you can. also eat fruits and veggies, drink milk and fruit juices. when your at school and in gym class push your-self to do your hardest. 7 mounths ago i was 250lbs and i got this advice from a personal trainer and i followed through it and i have lost 75lbs. I feel for you and hope that this stratagie works for you as it did for me

Reply from Marshall, Age 12 - 09/28/03 - IP#: 68.109.145.xxx Hi this is what you should do cut out all sodas if you can. Cut way down on junk. Snack on fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water. And cut what you usually eat in half. Then exercize. Do what you can. Here are some suggestions: Bike ride, walk, run, or swim for at least 15 minutes. After you do one of those activities do at least 10-15 push-ups then some sit-ups and leg exercizes like squats and lunges then stretch. Hope this helps you.
