Ht. 5'8, Wt. ??? - ok, this year I'm gonna do basketball, jazz and lyrical dancing (2 hours on tuesday), and hip-hop with my friend. i also love swimmng and occasionally do things like roller skating, tennis, ice skating, ect. I'm also going to the gym alot on free days. if i do this and eat healthy how long do you guys think it would take to lose about 15 lbs? thanx =D

You'll weigh your body out and then you'll be VERY unheathly. If you're doing all those sports then you just need to go to the gym once a week. Just space it out is all. Oh yeah! And you'll probably lose it in 2-4 weeks if you keep it up. Good luck!

You dont have to drop carbs completly like some people say because if you are going to do all those activities you will the energy. So i think that you just need to keep it off and the weight will come off in about a month and a half. I did the same thing. Even if you gain a couple of pounds it could be muscle just think about how you look on the outside not what the scales say.
