Ht. 5'5, Wt. 145 - HEY EVERYONE, I HAVE A REALLY GOOD TIP THAT WORKS. IT'S A WORKOUT TIP...DO 50 CRUNCHES, THEN WITHOUT STOPPING GO RIGHT INTO 10-20 PUSHUPS, THEN WITHOUT STOPPING AGAIN GO RIGHT INTO 50 MORE CRUNCHES...keep doing this and i promise you can feel the fat burning in your belly. someone try this and then reply to what you felt about this.

While crunches and situps are good for you, they do not usually help lose signicant weight. They do not burn many calories, but they do build muscle, which burns more calories just by having extra muscle. Crunches will help you build ab muscles, but you will still have a bunch of fat covering it. My advice is to still do it, but make sure you add more to your exercise routine.
