hey i need help im 11 years old im 5 foot 3 and a quarter, and 148 Lb as of feb.5,2005 7:32 p.m. if you have any ways or ideas to help me lose all my fatty fat fat please help im sure it will help me.thank you

ok whoeva put that thing bout the 1 meal a day they r wrong!! u should eat 3 healthy meals a day just cut down on smaller portions.but u have to exercize a lot more liek sum ways to lose it in your stomache is to do crunches i do about 100 everynight now they r ez and also do pushups try to do liek 10 a night they r hard at first then u get stronger n less fatter o ya dont do on ur knee pushups do pushups liek a man lol.and also people have been telling me to run so i might to that to and 1 thing if u want to lose weight on ur butt i saw n a magazine liek get on ur knees n elbows on the ground just ur knees n elbows thats all then lift u right leg 12 times up and down w/ out touching the ground then switch n do 12 on the left w/out touching the ground then that is 1 set do about 3-5 of them it works rele good o and if u can join a track team it gives u a great overall workout specially legs and stretch whenever u can so u can bcome flexible n it wont hurt u to do stuff wow thats alot but hey o well bye

Annie i'm gonna tell u what my family has been telling me for the longest time don't eat past 5:00 pm. and only have water after 5:00 and only have one snack a day and only eat one meal a day eat fruits after ur one meal it helped me loose 10 pounds in a week i used to weigh 125 pounds but now i weigh 155 so i hope i helped u luv charity
