Ht. 5'1, Wt. 137lb - Alright someone tell me if this is good. I have Cheerios with fat free milk and yogurt or a banana for breakfast, a turkey or ham sandwich for lunch with a cup of mixed veggies(green beans,peas,corn,carrots,lima beans) and water then for a snack I have a handful of pecans or almonds, and for dinner I have what ever my mom cooks. And if she cooks something that's not very healthy, then I have a Lean Cuisene and fat free milk. For exercise I go up to Gold's Gym for 30 mins. on the bike and 30 mins. on the treadmill. If I cant get to the gym then I walk around my neighborhood block. So now that you've read it, tell me if there's something else I should or shouldn;t do and give me any advise on what foods to eat and what exercises to do. Thanks!

I think You are doing very well! NOt only are you eating healthy and excersizing.. you sound like you are commited to it! I think You should keep doing exactly what you are doing.. and you will lose weight in no time!
