Reply from Mikayla, Age 16 - 08/18/06 - IP#: 24.18.50.xxx You should do more than crunches. Run in place for 30 minutes if you dont have a treadmill. Jumping jacks, lunges, power walking, etc. any cardio to keep your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes will be good.
